Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items bought on sale or special discounts
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@ashies.pk with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery. In such cases, Ashies will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund or Exchange
After we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to complete, depending on your payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
